Ramdoot Holidays values customer satisfaction and aims to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. This policy explains how refunds are handled for tour and travel bookings made with us.

By booking a tour or travel service with Ramdoot Holidays, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only when a customer cancels their booking within the timelines specified below. Refunds are calculated based on the original booking date.

2. Refund Structure

✅ Full Refund (100%)

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 7 days (one week) from the booking date.

✅ 90% Refund

  • If cancellation is made after one month from the booking date, the customer will receive 90% of the booking amount.
  • 10% will be retained as administrative and processing charges.

✅ 80% Refund

  • If cancellation is made after 3 months from the booking date, the customer will receive 80% of the booking amount.

✅ 70% Refund

  • If cancellation is made after 6 months from the booking date, the customer will receive 70% of the booking amount.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • No-show on the travel date
  • Last-minute cancellations close to departure
  • Special promotional or discounted packages marked non-refundable
  • Visa fees, permit charges, or third-party booking fees already paid

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method whenever possible

5. How to Request a Refund

Customers must submit cancellation and refund requests via:

  • Email (with booking details)
  • Official phone or WhatsApp support

Refunds will be processed only after verification.

6. Policy Updates

Ramdoot Holidays reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
